e-Development Conference 2025

On October 24, 2025, Belgrade became a meeting point for experts from business, academia, and the public sector. The theme of the conference was clear — how artificial intelligence and sustainable technologies are changing the way we work, live, and think.

Held at the Ilija M. Kolarac Endowment, this jubilee conference marked 15 years of continuity, development, and collaboration. Rather than looking back, the conference focused on the future — on solutions that are reshaping the world around us.

Climate change, energy uncertainty, and urban growth have raised a crucial question: how do we build more resilient and smarter societies? The answer came through inspiring presentations and practical examples showing that artificial intelligence and sustainable technologies have become key pillars of progress.

During the conference, important questions were opened regarding the responsible use of technology, ethics, and trust in digital systems. The conclusion was clear — technology alone does not change the world; people who use it do.

Participants had the opportunity to hear from experts from Serbia and abroad, to learn about the latest trends and solutions, and to take part in dialogue about a digital and sustainable future.

During the ceremonial part of the event, the e-Development 2025 Award was presented to Mr. Vladimir Vasić for his contribution to the development of the information society in the Republic of Serbia.

Belgrade once again showed that it does not merely follow — it actively participates. Serbia is actively engaged in the global dialogue about the future of technology, innovation, and sustainable development.
