e-Development Conference 2023

The topic of the e-Development Conference 2023 – “IT Support for Business Development” – addressed the key role of the IT sector in improving business operations and strengthening the competitiveness of enterprises. In the era of accelerated digitalization, information technologies are becoming an essential tool not only for operational functioning, but also for the strategic development of every modern business system.

Conference participants had the opportunity to learn about the latest solutions and practices in the fields of digital transformation, analytics and business intelligence, cloud computing and mobility, cybersecurity, innovation and technological trends, ethical aspects of IT support, workforce transformation, hardware and software support, the digitalization of public services, and the implementation of e-Invoicing.

The conference served as a meeting point for IT experts, business leaders, policy creators, and decision-makers, where ideas, experiences, and examples of successful implementation were exchanged. The shared goal was a more efficient, faster, and more sustainable business development through the smart and responsible use of digital tools and solutions.

Special emphasis was placed on how IT support can become the foundation not only for automation and resource savings, but also for creating new business models, improving decision-making, and strengthening the long-term resilience of enterprises.

The e-Development 2023 Award was presented to Igor Urošević, representative of the company Ingram Micro Belgrade, as a distinguished individual for his contribution to the development of the information society in the Republic of Serbia.
