e-Development Conference 2021

The COVID-19 pandemic changed the way we do business, communicate, and plan for the future. Companies had to adapt quickly to new circumstances — through digitalization, remote work, process reorganization, and the redefinition of business strategies.

The e-Development Conference 2021 brought together leaders, experts, and innovators to share experiences on how organizations adapted to challenges, introduced new technologies, and built resilience to crises.

Special focus was placed on digital tools that enable business continuity, hybrid work models, and the preservation of team productivity, as well as on technologies that accelerated transformation — such as artificial intelligence, cloud solutions, and automation.

The conference emphasized that business transformation in times of crisis does not mean only reacting to circumstances, but also strategically investing in flexibility, people, processes, and technology.

The conclusion of the conference was clear — those who adapt and innovate in times of crisis emerge stronger.

The e-Development 2021 Award was presented to Aleksandar Spremić, Executive Director of Halcom Serbia, and Rajko Karišić, artistic photographer, writer, and painter, as distinguished individuals for their contribution to the development of the information society in the Republic of Serbia.
