The e-Development Fund was established on May 10, 2012, as an integral part of the e-Development Association, with the mission of providing institutional support to members in the development and implementation of project initiatives. The Fund’s core purpose is to help transform strong ideas into sustainable and strategically structured projects.

We focus on key areas of modern business: digital transformation, innovation, education, promotion, and international cooperation. The Fund serves as a platform that connects projects and investors, knowledge and support, people and vision — all with the goal of enabling meaningful and lasting progress.

Connecting Projects with Investment Opportunities

The e-Development Fund does not provide direct funding, but plays a key advisory and intermediary role in the investment process. Our goal is to connect members with strong project ideas to potential investors, donors, and strategic partners, both locally and internationally.

Through this role, we:

• Define and shape project models — helping members clearly articulate goals, activities, and expected outcomes
• Develop professional business plans and supporting documentation for investors, grants, and funding opportunities
• Provide support in analysis and presentation preparation — from concept development to public pitching
• Connect members with investors through the e-Development network and partner organizations
• Support projects throughout all development phases with advice, mentorship, and logistical assistance

In short — we do not finance projects directly, but we help them reach funding through knowledge, expertise, and meaningful connections.

Educational Mission – Knowledge as the Foundation of Success

The e-Development Fund has a clear educational mission — to equip members with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully manage and implement projects in a modern business environment.

Education is a continuous process. Through structured programs, practical workshops, and thematic webinars, we develop competencies in:

• Project management — planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation in line with international standards (PMI, IPMA)
• Development of sustainable business strategies — building competitive and adaptable business models
• Application of modern digital tools and technologies — improving efficiency, communication, and performance tracking
• Preparation for investor presentations — pitch training, public speaking, and effective presentation design

In collaboration with CPP e-Development and the Innovation Center, we also organize specialized educational programs designed to support not only individual projects, but also long-term professional and business development.
